Grantmaking on Hydrofracking
Many funders are concerned about the public health, ecological, and community impacts of natural gas extraction through hydraulic fracturing.
Funders and donors sharing these grantmaking interests may be interested in joining HEFN's Funder Working Group on Hydrofracking. Through this working group, funders learn about the issues, share information, and explore collaboration.
In April 2012 HEFN co-hosted a funder briefing on hydrofracking with the Environmental Grantmakers Association and the Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems Funders. Click here to view the agenda from that meeting.
