- Many Pennsylvania citizens believe the recommendations made by the Governor’s Marcellus Advisory Commission did not recognize how severely inadequate Pennsylvania’s regulatory landscape is for shale drilling. This report is the culmination of a two-month effort to give Pennsylvania citizens a voice on improving drilling policies and protections. Others states considering drilling might find this report useful since it gives some insight into the issues and concerns.
