- Description
- The National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF), a national leader in building public environmental literacy, is seeking an energetic self-starter to join a two-person development team. The successful candidate will work at one of Washingtonian Magazine’s “50 Best Places to Work” (2009) in a vibrant and expanding field with an experienced development professional. This Development Associate position calls for someone with excellent writing, organizational and administrative skills, who is detail-oriented yet has the ability to think strategically. The Development Associate will be involved in every aspect of corporate, foundation and government fundraising, including prospect and donor research and tracking, proposal and report preparation, and database management. The Development Associate will also undertake special fundraising projects as needed.
