Enhancing the Field Program Director -- Environmental Grantmakers Association (EGA)

Description

The Enhancing the Field Director works closely with the EGA team to ensure the vision and mission of the organization is promoted within the membership and outreach occurs with the broader world of philanthropy. Inclusive Practices Project: Work with EGA community to identify opportunities for the promotion of inclusive practices and diversity amongst the membership. Coordinate the development of graduate fellowship projects at EGA, to include recruitment and intake of fellows, supervisory aide, and project planning and reporting. Coalition Building and External Relations. The Enhancing the Field program works to build bridges with other affinity groups and working groups within and beyond environmental philanthropy to ensure communication, coordination and collaboration. The Enhancing the Field Director will coordinate joint programming and represent EGA at these functions. Communications The ETF program produces research, reports and programming connecting EGA core values and visions. Future efforts will include more focus on dissemination including electronic and some limited print materials.
