Executive Administrative Assistant -- Environmental Health Fund
- Description
- The Executive Administrative Assistant will coordinate all of the administrative and day-to-day needs of the Director/President including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting planning, correspondence, expense tracking, presentation preparation, and event and meeting planning. This person will also act as a liaison between the Director/President and all staff, boards, networks, outside NGOs, donors, and leaders in the movement. This person will act as the Human Resources Officer for EHF and is responsible for the functioning of the EHF/HCWH headquarters office. This person is co-employed by EHF and HCWH. Non-profit experience, interest in environmental health issues, and a bachelor’s degree required.
