- The Natural Resources Council of Maine (NRCM) seeks an executive director to lead one of the nation’s most successful and highly regarded state environmental advocacy organizations. NRCM is Maine’s largest environmental advocacy organization and plays a leading role in state environmental affairs. It also plays a national role, including as a member of coalitions working at the federal level on environmental issues affecting Maine and the nation. The Board of Trustees has retained Isaacson, Miller, a national executive search firm, to assist in recruiting the new executive director. The search is actively under way, will remain open until an appointment is announced, and is currently scheduled to conclude in the winter of 2010-11.
