RAN seeks a proven, passionate and dynamic leader to advance its mission as an independent, effective campaigning organization. The ideal candidate is both visionary and strategic and able to build on RAN's strong reputation. The Executive Director will oversee: • A Program Department implementing five public campaigns staffed by fifteen people. • An Online Department with four employees who manage the organization’s web presence, email action lists, online fundraising and social network campaigns. • A Communications Department staffed by four, with in-house design and publication capacity. • An HR, Finance and Operations Department with four full-time employees. • An Organizing Manager that coordinates RAN chapters around the world and develops and maintains alliances and networks • A Development and Fundraising Department staffed by five.
