Program Manager -- The Funder's Network

Description

This position is based at the Funders’ Network office, which is located in Coral Gables, Florida, a historic city within the Miami metropolitan area. Individuals interested in being a part of a mission-driven membership organization with a national profile are encouraged to apply. Job Description: Working in partnership with senior staff, the Program Manager will help staff internal and external projects at the Network. Job duties will include the following responsibilities: • Developing, organizing, and managing implementation of learning opportunities for funders, including events (conferences, meetings, and conference calls) and publications. • Identifying, among stakeholders, areas of common interest and make programmatic recommendations to senior leadership. • Researching, developing, testing, and implementing ideas for special initiatives. • Managing consultants as needed to accomplish her/his goals and objectives. • Overseeing the implementation of systems, including contact management and knowledge management, and coordinating efforts to improve information management processes.
