This is the Executive Summary of an action agenda developed as part of a National Conversation on Public Health and Chemical Exposures. The Conversation was a voluntary, independent process supported by The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Center for Environmental Health and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry.
The Action Agenda reflects stakeholder input from multiple sectors; it outlines calls for prevention of harmful chemical exposures, policy reforms, promotion of the health of children and other vulnerable populations, and improved decision-making.
