This report provides new evidence of the high density of air pollution hazards and exposure in certain areas of Los Angeles, which even though largely "hidden" from the view of regulatory agencies, still affect all the residents of Los Angeles County.

This report offers compelling evidence of compounding environmentally-linked health hazards that plague some poor and minority neighborhoods, and shares one community's strategy to unveil and remediate unhealthy unconditions.
