Housing is fundamental to the ability of older adults to age well. In recent years, community based settings, including the home, have become integral to the delivery of health care and social supports. Alisha Sanders, Director, Housing Plus Services Policy Research, at Leading Age will present a wide lens on the housing ecosystem and explore how aging funders can play an integral role in the growth and sustainability of housing as a social determinant of health. Through this discussion, Grantmakers in Aging will identify areas for deeper exploration and learning on the housing industry and its role in supporting healthy, purposeful living.
